This system I have used for a few years with a fair amount of success, selections were previously posted on the now defunct forum at System Betting.

Rules
- Race Type - 4yo+ All Aged Handicap - Turf only
- Race Type last run - 4yo+ All Aged Handicap
- Race Distance - 7f to 1m 7f
- Horse Age - 3yo to 6yo
- Horse Last Run - 1 day to 31 days
- Horse Last Win - 1 day to 31 days
- No Blinkers (other headgear including visor is ok)
- Position Last Run - 1st to 5th
- CDG Winner - Must have won a handicap over course and distance and today’s forecast going (as per Racing Post) at least once
- If more than one qualifier in race no bet
